Record Highs, Record Lows...

Parts of Ontario and Quebec are at the northern tail of a huge high pressure system that has brought intense heat to parts of the US and Canada. The system passed through California and the mid-west over the previous few days, but is now replaced with a low pressure system that is bringing record lows to those locations.
